Deposit:

The deposit is 150.00€. In case of additional costs due to damage or increased cleaning effort, part of the deposit will be withheld. The (remaining) deposit will be paid back within 2 weeks after departure.

Minimum rental period:

The holiday home can be rented starting from 7 nights.

Please contact us in advance in case of shorter bookings. In this case, an extra charge of 10.00€/night will be applied.
